Preparing for the arrival of our babies!!
In order to propely care for and manage our babies in the best manner our work
has begun.Here we show you the beautiful puppy pen we have attached to the
outside wall of our bedroom, put a slider in the wall and began the puppy room
next to our bed as well. We are excited of the arival of our babies coming home
MAY 30th 2010!!!!!

The Beginning......the back of our bedroom as the project STARTS!!

The pen is there.....can you see it?......................Starting the DIG to level the pen......of course our yard is not level to make things easy.

Ahhh,the pen is up!!! BUT......look at ALL THAT DIRT to be taken out......Ugg!

Ohhh.the dreaded DIRT REMOVAL...ALL BY HAND....4-6 inches DEEP in a 10X20 AREA.....2 Men and a baby(Me),as little help as I am,doing our share,but THANK GOD my Handy Man had his nifty rototiller handy,helped ALLOT!

AHHH..YEAH..ALL the DIRT is OUT....countless truck loads later,aching backs....and dirty clothes!!
Now the landscape mesh is down and READY FOR THE BEACH ROCKS!

Where's the rocks?..............................OH,there they are...but now I have a BIG HOLE in my wall!!!

ALL DONE.....YEAH........GOSH ARE WE ALL TIRED......and hubby thinks I'm too anal when I decorated the pen with Forsythia!!....LOL.....well,I think it's pretty...which is all that matters anyway.LOL

So,how can the puppies not love this beautiful pen? I know I love it!

The inside puppy room wall BEFORE........and now AFTER the slider is in!!! Just a little trim to stain,new floor to put down,and a little decorating left to do! Stay tuned for those photos of the finished inside!
